How to use
New to high-stimulant pre-workouts? Start with half a scoop in 180 to 240ml of water, 20 to 30 minutes before training. Experienced users: one scoop in 300 to 350ml of water. Avoid taking it within 6 hours of bedtime, and do not combine it with other caffeine.
High caffeine content (325mg per serving). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Food supplement: do not exceed the recommended serving.
