General Orders & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 24–36 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.
Q: Is same-day delivery available?
Same-day delivery is available in select areas of Dubai for orders placed before 12 PM. Contact our support team to confirm availability in your area.
Q: What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is free on orders above AED 250. For orders below this amount, the delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
Q: Do you deliver outside the UAE?
At the moment, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
Payments & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery.
Q: Is online payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Yes. FitFuel is an authorized distributor of leading global brands such as Ghost, Legion Athletics, Huel, CWENCH, and SPOKEN. All products are sourced directly from official suppliers.
Q: Are your supplements approved in the UAE?
All products comply with UAE regulations and are sourced from approved distributors.
Q: How are products stored?
All items are stored in temperature-controlled environments to maintain quality and effectiveness, especially in UAE climate conditions.
Q: Are product labels in English and Arabic?
Most products feature English labels, and many include Arabic translations in line with UAE regulatory requirements.
Q: Are supplements safe to use?
We only stock lab-tested products from reputable brands. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.
